Wild Hogs & Saffron

Short Film Poster & Branding

Designed the movie poster and branding for Andy Sarjahani's award-winning short film "Wild Hogs and Saffron." The film follows a wild hog hunt in the Ozarks that leads to an unexpectedly vulnerable dialogue between Iranian American filmmaker Andy Sarjahani and his childhood friend Bubba as they navigate a polarized world. Original illustration using references from my parent's mountain home at the foothills of the Ozarks and a customized typeface.

Promotional Marketing

Designed the pitch deck, movie poster and social media marketing for the winner of "Best Documentary Feature" at Tribeca's 2020 Film Festival.

Insomnium

Promotional Marketing

Developed the marketing materials for the horror movie "Insomnium." Designed the movie poster and coded a custom promotional website. Now available on streaming services, it was recently trending on Hulu.

In an effort to stay current, I picked up a recent interactive 3d design/rendering tool, called "Spline." The assets above were created to explore a rebranding opportunity with my former tech consultancy.

Partnered with some friends to test out a dropship business venture. I designed the blankets, logo, promotional materials and art directed the photoshoot to capitalize on a partner's rich Colombian heritage.

I was member of an ambitious cooking club that met regularly to explore a variety of global cuisines. After months of referring to our gathering as "Cooking Club," I decided to commemorate our dinners with a logo, an homage to one of my favorite childhood reading programs at Pizza Hut, "Book It!"

Cover Art

Designed the cover art for a mixtape mailing list that ran for 5-yrs between 2017-2022. Curated personalized tracklists and distributed over 40 MailChimp campaigns which regularly generated an open rate of over 65%.
